Our process
Storm season on the Front Range
The Front Range sits in one of the most active hail areas in the country. Storms here usually come between late spring and late summer, and roof damage is easy to miss from the ground.
Colorado law doesn't allow a roofing contractor to pay or waive your insurance deductible. If someone offers to, that's a red flag.
Most policies set a deadline for reporting storm damage, so don't wait long after a storm. Check your policy or ask your agent.
3G is GAF Master Elite and GenFlex certified and has been roofing along the Front Range since 2008.

More than the roof
The same hail that damages a roof often dents gutters and downspouts, cracks siding and chips exterior paint. We check all of it during the inspection and document it in the same report as your roof.
If your claim covers that damage, 3G repairs or replaces the gutters, siding and paint along with the roof, so the whole house is finished at once. We do gutter, siding and paint work as part of insurance claims only, not as stand-alone jobs.
Questions
It's hard to see from the ground. Look for dents in gutters, downspouts and metal vents, or shingle granules piling up at the downspouts. The surest way is a free inspection. We'll get on the roof and text you photos of what we find.
Either works. Many homeowners have us inspect first so they know whether there's damage before they file. If we don't see storm damage, we'll tell you.
No. Colorado law doesn't allow a contractor to pay, waive or rebate your insurance deductible.
A request to your insurance company to add items the adjuster's estimate missed, like code-required items or damaged decking found during tear-off. We document them and send them in for you.
It depends on your policy. Most set a deadline for reporting storm damage, so check your policy or ask your agent soon after the storm.
We'll go over the adjuster's findings with you and explain your options, like asking for a re-inspection or getting a repair estimate if that makes more sense.
It can, if the storm damaged them. We document damaged gutters, downspouts, siding and paint in the same report as your roof and include them in the same claim. Your insurance company decides what's covered.
