How a commercial roof project works

01Free inspectionWe walk the roof, check the membrane, seams, drains and flashing, and scan for wet insulation.
02Report texted to youYou get a photo report you can share with owners, boards or your facilities team.
03Claim or estimateA written proposal, an insurance claim for storm damage, or a formal bid package for public work.
04InstallWe schedule around your tenants and operations and keep the site safe and clean.
05Final walkWe walk the finished roof with your team. NDL warranties include a manufacturer inspection.

Commercial roofing FAQs

TPO or EPDM: which is better?

Both are proven. TPO is a white, heat welded membrane that reflects the sun. EPDM is a black rubber membrane that's been used on commercial roofs for decades. We'll recommend one based on your building, budget and plans.

Can my roof be coated instead of replaced?

Sometimes. A coating works when the existing membrane and insulation are mostly dry and sound. We check with a moisture scan before we recommend one.

Do you bid public projects?

Yes. 3G bids public work and is bonded. Send us the bid documents or invite us to the pre-bid walk.

What's an NDL warranty?

A No Dollar Limit warranty from the manufacturer covers materials and labor for covered leaks for the warranty term, with no cap on the repair cost. It requires a manufacturer inspection when the job is done.

Do you work outside Colorado Springs?

Yes. We work across Colorado, with recent projects in Greeley, Fort Collins and Pueblo.
